In Round 13, the V8 Supercar field race at Wanneroo (Western Australia). The Barbagallo is run in November. The length of the circuit is 2.42 kilometres and the race takes place in a clockwise direction. The fourteenth round in December is held in Sydney (New South Wales). The Sydney 500 is raced on a circuit that is 3.5 kilometres in length. It is raced in an anticlockwise direction.

Team Vodafone is comprised of Jamie Whincup and Craig Lowndes (FG Falcon) in Team Vodafone. The Ford Performance Racing Team includes Mark Winterbottom and Steven Richards (FG Falcon). The Jack Daniel’s Racing Team consists of Todd Kelly and Rick Kelly (Commodore VE); whilst Jack Perkins and Dale Wood (Commodore VE) make up the Dodo Hi-tec Racing Team.

The Sprint Gas Racing Team consists of Jason Bargwanna and Greg Murphy (Commodore VE).
